Request for Catering Proposal
NNCEA is seeking proposals for the supply of all materials, cooking, and placement of food for 80 people, on the following schedule. Food should be packaged in tri-Styrofoam containers for each meal. Delivery required by caterer to specific locations.
Caterer Responsibilities:
- Supply all needed materials involved with the successful catering for this event including condiments, drinks, materials for each meal, serving utensils, tinfoil/takeout boxes, workers/servers, delivery.
March 4, 2026- Breakfast x 30 people delivered to Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex at 9:30AM
March 4, 2026- Lunch x 80 delivered to Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex at 12:00pm
March 4, 2026- Dinner x80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp (Checkstop) at 5:00pm
March 5, 2026- Breakfast x 80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp at 9:00am
March 5, 2026- Lunch x 80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp at 12:30pm
March 5, 2026- Dinner x 80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp at 5:00pm
March 6, 2026- Breakfast x 80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp at 9:00am
March 6, 2026- Lunch x 80 delivered to NNCEA Culture Camp at 12:00pm
Breakfast- Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, home fries, toast packaged in container x 80 drinks (all days)
Lunch- Roast beef sandwiches, mashed potatoes, veggies/Chicken Caeser wraps + Fries (day 2)/ Taco in a bag (day)
Dinner– Chicken fingers (4) and poutine, Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread.
Interested applicants may submit a copy of their proposal via email to ireneh@nncea.ca or by hardcopy in a sealed envelope to the Alice Moore Education Centre. Please provide the following:
- Contact Information
- Total cost of proposal
- A copy of your food handler’s certificate
Deadline to apply Wednesday February 18, 2026 at 12:00pm
Successful bidder will be selected by 1:00pm February 18, 2026, and notified that day
