NNCEA is seeking proposals for the supply of all materials, cooking, and serving of food for 175 people for September 1, 2026, at 6:30PM at the Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex.

 Caterer Responsibilities:

  • Supply all needed materials involved with the successful catering for this event including condiments, drinks, materials for each meal, serving utensils, tinfoil/takeout boxes, workers/servers, etc.

 Main Course:                                                                        Desserts/Beverages (for 175)

Loaded Cheeseburgers (100)                                                  Baked Goods/Assorted dessert

Loaded Hamburgers (75)                                                        Assorted drinks (175)

Smokies on bun (150)                                                             Coffee, tea, sugar, waters

Macaroni Salad

Coleslaw

Potato Salad

Bottled condiments (ketchup and mustard), no packets

Tasks:

Main Course

To shop for/prepare/deliver/individually wrap each burger and smoky

(plates, cutlery & napkins, serving utensils to be provided).

Deserts

Shop/supply, prepare, deliver, layout, clean-up of baked goods/deserts station

  1. Contact Information
  2. Total cost of proposal
  3. A copy of your food handler’s certificate
