Halloween for the NCN Community, October 31, 2024, is a friendly reminder to celebrate Halloween safely!
Trick-or-treating hours will be from 4 PM—7 PM in NCN neighbourhoods.
Community Safety officers will be present in each neighbourhood to help ensure a safe environment for all trick-or-treaters.
And, for a touch of Halloween magic, there’s a Magic Show at 7:00 PM at the Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex, fun for all ages.
Safety Tips for Parents:
- Choose costumes that are comfortable and visible in low light, if possible, adding reflective tape or glow gear.
- Stick close to younger children, and for older kids, plan their route and agree on check-ins.
- Look over all treats before kids dig in, and to be cautious with any unwrapped treats
