NNCEA is requesting proposals for the supply of all materials, food preparation, and serving for
200 people on the evenings of February 12, 2025, and February 13, 2025, at 5:30 PM (200 each
evening, bid should be for both events, total 400). The events will be held at the Norman
Linklater Memorial Multiplex, and a caterer is needed for both nights.
Caterer Responsibilities:
• Supply all needed materials involved with the successful catering for these events
including condiments, drinks, materials for each meal, serving utensils, tinfoil/takeout
boxes, workers/servers, etc.
Main Course: Desserts/Beverages:
Tukey/gravy/cranberries Baked Valentines Day goodies.
Sweet & sour meatballs Assorted desserts.
Ham Assorted drinks: Soda, diet soda.
Lasagna (meat) Tea, cream/sugar, water
Mixed vegetables
Stuffing
Perogies, sour cream, & bacon bits
Fried rice
Macaroni salad
Caesar salad
Bannock

To shop for/prepare/deliver/buffet service/of main course:
(plates, cutlery & napkins to be provided).
Deserts
Shop/supply, prepare, deliver, layout, clean-up of baked goods/deserts station
