Request for Catering Proposal
NNCEA is seeking proposals for the supply of all materials, cooking, and serving of food for 250 people for December 17, 2024, at 6:00PM at the Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex.
Caterer Responsibilities:
- Supply all needed materials involved with the successful catering for this event including condiments, drinks, materials for each meal, serving utensils, tinfoil/takeout boxes, workers/servers, etc.
Main Course: Desserts/Beverages:
Turkey/gravy/cranberries Baked Christmas goodies.
Sweet & sour meatballs Assorted desserts.
Ham Assorted drinks: Soda, diet soda.
Lasagna (meat & vegetarian). Tea, cream/sugar, water
Mixed vegetables
Stuffing
Perogies, sour cream, & bacon bits
Fried rice
Macaroni salad
Caesar salad
Bannock
Tasks:
Main Course
To shop for/prepare/deliver/buffet service/of main course:
(plates, cutlery & napkins to be provided).
Deserts
Shop/supply, prepare, deliver, layout, clean-up of baked goods/deserts station
Interested applicants may submit a copy of their proposal via email to [email protected] or by hardcopy in a sealed envelope to the Alice Moore Education Centre. Please provide the following:
- Contact Information
- Total cost of proposal
- A copy of your food handler’s certificate

Successful bidder will be selected by 1:00pm November 27, 2024, and notified that day
