NNCEA is seeking proposals to prepare, deliver, and serve breakfast to our parents and guardians on the following dates:

  • Wednesday September 18, 2024 OK School
  • Thursday September 19, 2024 NNOC School
  • Wednesday October 23, 2024 OK School
  • Thursday October 24, 2024 NNOC School
  • Wednesday November 20, 2024 OK School
  • Thursday November 21, 2024 NNOC School
  • Wednesday December 11, 2024 OK School
  • Thursday December 12, 2024 NNOC School

Each date will consist of providing a quantity of 120 meals consisting of the following;

  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Sausage
  • Bacon
  • Potatoes (home fries or hash browns)
  • Coffee
  • Plates/Cutlery
  • 1 piece of fresh fruit (IE: 120 bananas)
  • Assorted Juices

The successful caterer will be responsible for providing all material to implement these meals including serving utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and condiments (pepper, salt, and ketchup). The successful caterer can either portion all meals into takeout boxes (served hot) or can serve parents as a buffet. The successful caterer will be required to deliver meals by 8:30am at OK School and 9:00am at NNOC. Both schools will have tables and seating set up for the caterer and will put away the tables and seats after the meal.

* Please include within your bid a total cost for 8 dates (do not breakdown by each date) and a valid food handlers certificate.
