NNCEA is seeking proposals to prepare and deliver food for our students taking part in the NNCEA Educational Assistant program and NNCEA Bachelor of Education program. The successful caterer will be required to obtain all materials, package food in takeout boxes, and deliver to their respective locations. Below is the location, dates, and quantities. NNCEA is open to the caterer preparing their own menu which provides an adequate meal for our students.
SCHEDULE EACH WEEK
Dinner
- Every Tuesday Night delivery to NNOC at 5:30PM for 20 students
- Every Tuesday Night deliver to AMEC at 5:30PM for 18 students
Lunch
- Every Saturday delivery to NNOC at 12:00pm for 20 students
The successful caterer must provide plastic cutlery, drinks (pop), and a meal for each student packaged in takeout boxes. Delivery is required to the respective locations for each date. Dates may vary depending on holidays and course schedule, however most weeks from September to June consist of Tuesday’s x2 and Saturdays.
Interested applicants can submit a proposal by Friday September 6, 2024 at 4:00pm.
The successful caterer will be required to provide meals starting September 10, 2024.
NNCEA will provide payment every Monday for the week’s meals. Please include in your proposal the cost of 1 week of meals which will be a fixed cost throughout the duration of the school year.
