DESCRIPTION:Halloween for the NCN Community\, October 31\, 2024\, is a friendly reminder to celebrate Halloween safely! \nTrick-or-treating hours will be from 4 PM—7 PM in NCN neighbourhoods. \nCommunity Safety officers will be present in each neighbourhood to help ensure a safe environment for all trick-or-treaters. \nAnd\, for a touch of Halloween magic\, there’s a Magic Show at 7:00 PM at the Norman Linklater Memorial Multiplex\, fun for all ages. \nSafety Tips for Parents: \n\nChoose costumes that are comfortable and visible in low light\, if possible\, adding reflective tape or glow gear.\nStick close to younger children\, and for older kids\, plan their route and agree on check-ins.\nLook over all treats before kids dig in\, and to be cautious with any unwrapped treats\n\nRemember to have a safe and enjoyable Halloween\, everyone!
