Request for Catering Proposal
NNCEA is requesting proposals for the supply of all materials and food preparation for 150 people on the evening of Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 5:00PM – 6:30PM.
The event will take place at the Multiplex during a scheduled presentation regarding Student Services. The purpose of this presentation is to inform our parents and community about the supports available at both schools.
Caterer Responsibilities:
Supply all needed materials involved with the successful catering for this event including condiments, drinks, materials for each meal, serving utensils, tinfoil/takeout boxes, etc.

To shop for/prepare/deliver/buffet service/of main course:
(Plates, cutlery & napkins to be provided).
Interested applicants may submit a copy of their proposal via email to ireneh@nncea.ca or by hardcopy in a sealed envelope to the Alice Moore Education Centre. Please provide the following:
1. Contact Information
2. Total cost of proposal
3. A copy of your food handler’s certificate
Deadline to apply September 12, 2025
Successful bidder will be selected by noon on September 12, 2025 and notified the same day.
